- Waterproof-lined bags: wipe clean with a damp cloth; some Oxford liners (round and 160 L carts, 420 L cart) should not go in the washing machine.
- Canvas liners: the liners of the mesh-frame hampers, the canvas cart and the rattan-look hamper are machine washable.
- Shipping creases: fabric folded in the box can be smoothed with a steam iron.

Hang the sorter bags
Each bag hooks onto the frame bars by its two metal handles. Lift a full bag straight up by those handles to carry it to the washer, and lock the two braked casters when the sorter is parked.
